  • Act! Premium Subscription- Is NOT Included. RTG bills and supports its hosting services. ACT! LLC or you ACT! Consultant will charge you separately for your ACT! subscription. You can not utilize RTG’s hosting services with out an active ACT! Software subscription. RTG does not bill for ACT! Software Subscriptions.
  • ActCloudPortal.com – You also get access to our ActCloudPortal.com which is the most advanced Act! Hosting Administration Tool. More on ActCloudPortal.com here
  • Remote Tech Groups Support – Our staff is also available to help with any hosting related issue. You can email our support team or create tickets online.
  • 5 GB Disk Space – Each Act! database in our Act! PaaS (Platform As A Service) is required to follow some disk space usage rules. This is important as it helps with the stability of the Act! Hosting Platform and ensures that your Act! database performs optimally. Most users have no problems following these guidelines. If your database becomes larger than allowed we will work with you to resolve the issue before any additional fees are incurred.
  • $250 Setup or DIY: Do you already know your way around Act! and want to do it yourself, thats an option. If you are not feeling brave, RTG’s Support Team is here to help as well.
  • Month to Month : With your Act! Subscription, and RTG Act! Cloud Hosting, you can cancel your service at any time.
  • Single Server: The basic package is models to provide the same level of service that is provided by Swiftpage hosted and other ACT! Hosting Partners at an affordable entry level pricing.
  • 99.95% Uptime – This is our no worries uptime guarantee. Your Act! database is your businesses blood, downtime is expensive and with out 10+ years experience in providing Act! hosting, we know how to minimize it.
  • 7 Days Onsite/180 Days Offsite : Our Amazing ActCloudPortal will automatically backup your database and then move it offsite to another secure datacenter with in minuets. We keep 7 days of backups available onsite and the last 180 day available offsite. We challenge you to find anyone who keeps more backups than us.
